CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Out of respect for my time and other clients, I kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. • Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. I understand that emergencies and unexpected events can happen. If something arises, please contact me as soon as possible. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in restricted booking access or a requirement to prepay for future services.
